Cleveland’s Oldest and Most Respected Youth Sports Organization
Thank you for your interest in the Old Brooklyn Youth League, Cleveland's oldest and most respected youth sports organization. Since 1978, over 25,000 participants have played ball in our local Cleveland community. OBYL allows players between the ages of 4-18 to maximize their success and enjoyment of this great American game.

Playing sports is vital in teaching our children fundamental values, such as strong work ethic, building self confidence, how to compete fairly with others, teamwork, good sportsmanship, grow socially, adapt within a team environment and good health. By teaching children about the importance of staying active and fit from a young age, we are helping to show them the value of exercise and staying healthy.
The lessons our children learn from being involved with a team are lessons that they often will carry with them for the rest of their lives. OBYL has found that the best way to promote these values is by supporting organizations that make youth sports possible.
